YASEMI-MODERN MEDITERRANEAN
A modern Mediterranean escape filled with greenery and natural textures, vibrant flavors, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. Yasemi, meaning “Jasmine” in Greek, offers a vibrant menu of fresh mezze, seasonal salads, and hearty mains. From flavourful kebabs to delicately grilled seafood, each dish is crafted with authentic ingredients and a focus on simplicity and balance.

BAR GOA-INDIAN GASTROPUB
An energetic Indian gastropub blending bold coastal flavors with craft cocktails and late-night DJ sets on Friday and Saturday Night. Featuring regional dishes from Goa to Mumbai alongside classic favorites from New Delhi. Feast on chaat, kebabs, dosas and traditional curries, the menu is paired with a vibrant cocktail program and a tropical atmosphere.

An upscale British pub with rich interiors, classic comforts, and a lively setting for gatherings of all sizes. MANISH MALLICK, Owner
Manish is the owner & operator at ROOP Chicago, Bar Goa, Yasemi & Monarch & Lion. One of Manish’s biggest passions has been meeting new people, forming meaningful connections and serving the communities in need. The hospitality industry lets him do just that everyday. He successfully runs operations, finances, and implements systems and process improvements to operate and scale the business efficiently.
He spent most of his career in marketing, finance and technology. He has a successful track record of driving operational efficiencies in the automotive, finance & legal industries using Cloud based technologies. He has made significant contributions working for some of the icons of the US economy, namely, General Motors in marketing and asset management, JP Morgan Chase in the security division & Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
RINA MALLICK, OWNER
Rina has always had a love of food, travel and travel photography which has played a big role in Manish and Rina’s interest in the culinary scene and the hospitality industry. She leads branding, design, marketing, website, social media and events for ROOP Chicago, Monarch & Lion , Bar Goa and the coming soon Yasemi.
Rina spent 20+ years in the advertising space. Mostly recently as a Group Creative Director at Critical Mass specializing in branding, digital and social media.
She has worked across many verticals on large clients including Jeep, Lincoln, Sprint, Nissan, Johnson & Johnson, Asics, Depaul University, and more.
